"Go the whole day without yelling at your children."
Ok, I'm going to take this as yelling & raising your voice at your children.
And, that might be a little hard to do.
Having a 2 year old boy who is into every little thing, I do tend to raise my voice at him sometimes.
But, I'm going to do this.....the whole day I vow not to raise my voice or yell at my children.
