Mexican Stuffed Shells=Yummy!

I got this recipe off of Pinterest, but I did tweek it for us!

Here's how I did it:

1 lb of hamburger meat
1 package of Taco seasoning
1 box of Jumbo shells
1-2 cups of Salsa
1 cup of Monterray Jack & Colby mix cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown hamburger, Drain. Add Taco seasoning and cook according to directions on package. Set aside. Boil jumbo shells until 'al dente'. Drain shells and seperate on cookie sheet to keep them from sticking together. Spread 1/2 cup of Salsa in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Stuff each shells with taco meat. Lay in pan, open side up. Pour remaining Salsa over shells. Sprinkle cheeses over top and bake for 20-25 minutes.
