Motivation is the key!

This is my 2nd day back on Visi. Yes, back on. I 1st started back in October. I took it for over a month and I've lost (& kept off!) 20lbs. The holidays completely got me sidetracked and I'm now getting back on it! I have to say, I love this stuff!
 
Anyway, in 2 days I've lost 1lb! I think that's pretty good.
 
My appetitie has already decreased and I've found myself craving water!
 
I want to start exercising to really stimulate weightloss.
I'm thinking about trying Yoga. I want something I can do at home because it's just hard to get out by myself. If anyone knows a good at home Yoga program or Dvd let me know!
