Blizzard Storm Xerxes----X marks the Northern Plains!

It's Spring, right?

Well, us in North Dakota wouldn't know that! Yesterday, we got 24 inches of snow! In one day-that's crazy and shattered records for the area!
Madison's having her first snow day. School was cancelled today because of all the snow.
Record snowfall and blizzard conditions have buried ND in 20+ inches of snow. Click the link below for more about conditions.

Roads are closed or no travel is advised for most of the state.

Power lines down in SD, from the same storm. I'm very thankful that hasn't happened to us!

This image is of the "whiteout" on the interstate just south of where we are! Keep in mind, it's a 4 lane interstate. Where's the road?

Here's radar showing what's already passed through us and what's yet to come.

I'd definitely say we fell into the 12+ inches category!
